Into Games Bursary
The Into Games Bursary is an annual fund created to directly support those from working-class and disadvantaged groups into rewarding careers in the games industry.
The fund is supported by industry and individual donations.
The fund is specifically for equipment, one-off training and networking event attendance (tickets, travel, accommodation, etc.)
There are two strands to the bursary; a training fund and regional funds. Look at our FAQ for more information.
UK Games Training Fund
Our training fund is open to any UK citizen, and it provides up to £300 towards any extra training of your choice. This fund is open all year round, and you can apply at any time. Decisions are made every month or sooner if applying for an Into Games course. Read the FAQ below before you apply.
Regional Games Bursary Fund
These are smaller pots of funding for equipment, software and networking event travel/tickets. This funding is highly localised and supported by game studios that want to help new, diverse talent specifically in their region. We call these areas ‘Waypoints’, and you can browse them below.
