The Kickstart Scheme has been exended and in honor of the occasion, here are some great Kickstart roles from publisher Secret Mode.

Secret Mode is a Sheffield publisher who are partnered with Sumo Group and they're looking to fill a variety of roles to help their team.

Just as a reminder, to qualify for the Kickstart Scheme you need to be:

- 16 to 24 years old

- On Universal Credit

- Out of School

Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant be working closely with the marketing team and managing their asset-creation pipeline. This person should have a passion for video game, a high level of organisation, and previous experience with project management would be much appreciated.

The Administrative Assistant will perform data entry into their internal CRM, create PowerPoints for internal presentations, track all projects and their progress and evaluate titles that are pitched to them.

Junior Data Analyst

A junior data analyst should have a passion for data, database management and a passion for all things Video Games. Responsibilities include data uploading and database management, data Analytics and visualisation, sales reporting, and business planning

Launch Team Administrator

As a launch team administrator, responsibilities will include contributing towards daily operations, key storage, best practice evaluations, and the play testing of Secret Mode and potential Secret Mode titles.
