Community Moderator
A Community Moderator ensures that the online spaces where players interact—such as forums, social media, and Discord—are safe, welcoming, and free from toxic behaviour.
As a Community Moderator, you’ll monitor player interactions, enforce rules, and address issues such as harassment or inappropriate content. You’ll work closely with Community Managers to foster a positive environment and ensure that players feel heard and supported.
Many Community Moderators have experience in customer service or community management, with strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of gaming culture.
For this role, you should be someone who enjoys interacting with players, solving disputes, and maintaining a healthy online environment. You’ll need strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly.
