Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for the game studio, including programmers, designers, artists, and other roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll work closely with department leads to understand staffing needs, create job postings, and screen candidates. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
