Trusted by dozens of UK games sector partners, Into Games supports games studios in developing talent at every level, internally and through external partnerships with educators and youth groups in their region. We help studios be a force for good in their communities while giving them the means to build powerful training pipelines.
Our partners care deeply about the obstacles that face people that are trying to get a rewarding career in games and want to make a difference. We support them with access to regional volunteering opportunities, connections to bursaries, support for in-house training programmes and internships as well as a range of exciting and inclusive talent-finding opportunities.
The work that we do in schools and with grassroots organisations to promote the games sector to underrepresented groups is underpinned by our studio partners and enables us to keep working to eliminate inequality and create a fair and equitable pathway into the UK games sector.
