We’re thrilled to share that our fantastic partners and long-time supporters, Electric Square and Lively Studios are joining us once again as Into Games Studio Partners for 2025.

Since 2021, Into Games has been working hand-in-hand with Electric Square and Lively to help young people across the UK take meaningful steps towards their dream careers in games.

This year, as part of our regional Waypoints strategy, we’re shining a spotlight on Brighton & Hove, supporting individuals from low socio-economic backgrounds in the area - home to Electric Square’s major studio.

Brighton & Hove boasts a thriving games scene, a wealth of games courses, and a passionate local skills and education network, whilst remaining a region with significant barriers for young people from low socio-economic backgrounds to pursue their dream career. Our partnership will help ensure that young people in the region have real, tangible pathways into the industry and access to the resources they need to succeed.

Over the coming year, our collaboration will include:

• Interactive careers workshops in secondary schools with high levels of free school meal eligibility
• A major in-person careers event for 500+ attendees designed to give young people the advice, guidance, and inspiration they need
• Practical hiring events and skills programs to help local talent towards their first role in the games sector

Our studio partnerships are at the heart of our mission to break down barriers and level the playing field—making games a realistic and exciting career choice for talented young people, no matter their background.
