HacknPlan is a project management tool based on the Kanban board method. It has been designed specifically with the game development workflow in teams in mind, and organises todo lists into technical disciplines. It is a good way to keep track of tasks and todo lists as well as focusing your individual team members tasks and progress when you have multiple members of your game development team. It also includes a cool metrics dashboard so everyone can easily see how much progress is being made each day, and what percentage of work is still left to do on the project.
