PlingPling lets you make pinball games with a simple MS Paint-like interface in your web browser. Different colours represent different types of interactive surfaces in the game, and you can link up to six levels together by using exit points for additional challenges.

You can share your creations with others by exporting your game to HTML and either sharing the file or hosting it on a webpage of your own (for free through something like itch.io).

PlingPling is fun to use and play, and a great tool for beginners to start thinking about basic level design or game mechanics.
