Help the next generation of game makers
Would you like to make a meaningful impact on the game industry by sharing your skills and connecting with the next generation of game makers?
Into Games is looking for industry professionals to volunteer as mentors for our Studio Live programme. Mentors will help to empower students by growing their workplace understanding, developing their portfolios, and setting them up for a lasting career in games. Mentorship is quick and easy to take part in, requiring no more than a few hours of your time.
By taking part, you will also receive great experience as a volunteer, helping to strengthen your own career, improving your confidence, leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills.
If this sounds like the opportunity for you, read on to see how you can be involved...
What is Studio Live?
The Into Games Studio Live programme has been developed to help students get access to the industry, providing them with a game studio set brief and introduction to workplace methodologies and tools.
How does it work?
The role of the Studio Live mentor is to provide guidance, accountability, and inspiration for participants. Mentors will help support the work of student teams, helping them understand the brief, pitch ideas, and collaborate via Miro, Trello, and Discord.
We need mentors to be up for a challenge, enjoy working with others.
All mentors will receive basic training and support from the Into Games team.
Sounds good? Here's how to get involved
