Quality assurance, or game testing, is crucial to ensure that games are launched without bugs and other mistakes.

In complex games, large teams of testers are required to explore the many possible variations of play. These include spotting visual glitches, spelling mistakes across different languages and inconsistencies across different consoles.

As a Quality Assurance Tester you organise this task efficiently and ensure that problems are reported accurately, so they can be fixed. Depending on the size of your team, you may be supporting a QA Manager so the ability to take instruction, work to deadlines and report concisely will be key.
